Nintendo Switch Online one year free: This is how you can redeem the Twitch Prime offer
If you want to play online on your Nintendo Switch, you have to pay every year. Now there is a new offer for Twitch Prime customers who can get one year of Nintendo Switch Online for free.
Access a wealth of NES games or back up saves to the cloud? These features also require a Nintendo Switch Online subscription. The offer has nothing to do with the "normal" Twitch membership - the offer is only valid for Twitch Prime customers. So that means if you own Amazon Prime or for Twitch Prime 7,99 euros pro month or 69 euros pro year pays.
Nintendo Switch Online for free: This is how you can redeem the offer
First you have to go to the Twitch Prime landing page switch. There you can pick up the first three months free of charge using “Claim Now”. Then you will be asked to log in with your Twitch account. Then you have to log in to your Nintendo Account in the browser to link the two accounts - then the free subscription is active.
The offer is valid for one year, but the remaining 9 months can only be picked up after 60 days. This is probably due to the fact that you cannot abuse the offer and only take out a trial membership for 30 days and enjoy a full 12 months of Nintendo Switch plus online services each time. However, you will also receive a reminder by email so that you don't miss the offer and redeem it in good time. Otherwise Switch Online expires again.
If you already use Nintendo Switch Online, you can use this offer to extend your months free of charge. However, this does not apply to family memberships - you have to have your own subscription for this to work. If you haven't redeemed your 30 days Amazon Prime yet, you can now do the same and get three Switch Online at the same time.
