Artificial intelligence is the trend of this year and last year. Qualcomm launched the model at MWC 2024 so that developers can easily integrate models into their software Qualcomm AI Hub. All details can be found here.

There is always a model behind artificial intelligence, such as Whisper when translating Gesprochenem to text. In order to make the integration of these models into apps as easy as possible for developers in the future, Qualcomm released the Qualcomm AI Hub at MWC 2024. This is a library with currently over 75 popular models that developers can integrate into their software with just a handful of lines of code.

All models are specially adapted for Qualcomm's platforms and run in the cloud. They should therefore be fast and at the same time use less RAM and energy - Qualcomm speaks of four times faster runtimes. You can also make use of hardware acceleration across all cores in the Qualcomm AI Engine, consisting of NPU, CPU and GPU.

The same selection of models is also available GitHub and hugging face available. The offer is available now and will be free at launch.

The MWC 2024 coverage from TechnikNews is partially supported by Qualcomm.
