If you want, you can now download the first official BETA version of iOS 8.3 for free on your Apple smartphone or tablet. Previously only developers could download the BETA, now you can too!

If you are already interested in the new iOS 8.3, you can now play the official BETA published by Apple. To do this you have to get on Appleseed for the BETAProgram, also possible for the first time as a normal Apple user. After registering, you have to install a file on your iPhone and "update" the current version under "Settings" -> "General" -> "Software update". But since this is only a BETA version, you should first create a backup in your iCloud or via iTunes.

What can iOS 8.3 do?

First of all, the stability was improved, of course some bug fixes were probably carried out. But what's brand new in iOS 8.3 is that there is new language support for Siri in Russian, Turkish, Danish, Dutch and Swedish. Furthermore, Siri should now speak more clearly with iOS 8.3. Even new emojis there are, not just a few, but a lot! The new emojis will now be available in several levels, light to dark.

The BETA versions from Apple were already available for OS X Yosemite in October 2014, with this BETA version the number of testers was limited to one million. It could of course be the case that this will also be the case with the new iOS 8.3 BETA test.
