That Apple that Mac lineup now on devices with the M1 switched is not new. In the course of this, the group provided the Proproduction of the Apple iMac Pro .

At the end of 2017 the Apple iMac appeared Pro as an alternative to the then long outdated Mac Pro. The computer looks the same as an iMac but offers the power of a Mac Pro. A successor model for this Product including one Pro DisplayXDR Apple then revealed in June 2019 as part of the WWDC. As a result, some immediately asked themselves whether there would ever be a successor to the iMac again Pro will give. Apple has now given a clear answer to this.

Apple iMac Pro: Regular iMac is recommended instead

On the buy page of the computer, the note “As long as stocks last” was inserted. In addition, only the entry-level configuration is available. Apple itself says the iMac with a 27-inch display is the better option. If someone needs more computing power, there is always the Mac Pro with more configuration and expansion options.

In any case, one can assume that a new iMac with one of the in-house Processors and a new design will appear. This will then probably be as fast as the pulped iMac Pro but its price is based on the cheaper all-in-one computer from Cupertino. Also, we already know that two more Pro-Computers are in the works. All information is there in this article.

Honestly, I find that this step through the Processor conversion was foreseeable. We're definitely excited for the upcoming Macs.
