Yesterday Apple sent out invitations for the already traditional keynote in September. In addition, there are now first pictures of the devices that Apple will most likely present at the event.

"Gather Round"

The performance, this time under the motto "Gather Round", will take place on September 12, 2018. It will start at 10 a.m. local time, which is 19 p.m. for us in the evening. Apple has chosen the Steve Jobs Theater on the Apple campus in Cupertino as the venue. So far it has always been the case that the invitations contain references to the devices that Apple will present. On the invitation for this year, however, you will only find a golden circle (as can be seen in the picture above).

First press photos already in circulation

It is believed that Apple three new iPhones, the Apple Watch Series 4 and new iPads will present to the public. We may also see new AirPods.

Now 9to5Mac got press photos for one of the new iPhones and the new Apple Watch, the current rumors about both Prosubstantiate products. In the pictures of the new iPhone, I particularly notice that the notch has shrunk and that Apple has again installed an edge-to-edge display - a similarity to the iPhone X is definitely there.

The shrunken notch on the iPhone is particularly noticeable (Image: 9to5Mac, 2018)

In the pictures of the Apple Watch you can see that the display is now bigger because the edges have become thinner all around. In addition, a previously unknown watch face is displayed, which makes better use of the larger display area of the new watch.

The rumors were true: the Apple Watch Series 4 has a larger display (Image: 9to5Mac, 2018)
