AVM has to start the IFA 2019 in Berlin today new Proproducts announced. There is a new FRITZ! Boxes with WiFi 6 and 5G, a smart lamp and a button with a thermostat.

First there are three new FRITZ! Boxes with the new WiFi 6 standard - this enables faster data rates in the WLAN with all compatible devices. A lower ping and latency can also be expected. Then there is a 5G FRITZ! Box, which can be operated with any standard SIM card. Then there is a smart LED lamp and a new button for the smart home, which now shows the temperature on the display.

FRITZ! Boxes with WiFi 6

Three new boxes are currently being considered for the new WiFi 6 standard. There is the FRITZ! Box 5550, which hardly differs from the FRITZ! Box 5530 but is a little faster with the LAN connections. The cable box is of course intended for cable connections. We have listed the exact technical data directly below.
