Chief designer Jony Ive is leaving Apple by the end of the year

Jony Ive has been with Apple for 20 years and designed many well-known products. By the end of the year, he will be leaving the company to start his own.
Apple announced yesterday in its own newsroom that chief designer Jony Ive will be leaving Apple at the end of the current year. And this after he designed many successful Apple products in his more than 20-year career, such as the MacBook Air. Although there were also some flops, cough cough Apple Pencil and Magic Mouse cough cough, but overall Ive has done good work over the past 20 years. In addition to products, he also designed some parts of Apple Park.
Jony Ive founds his own company
Jony Ive will start his own design company after leaving Apple. But that doesn't mean that Ive will have nothing to do with his former employer in the future - quite the opposite. Apple will be one of the primary customers of his new company. This means that we will continue to see Apple products that Ive designed alongside projects for other customers. The design team at Apple will be taken over by Evans Hankey and Alan Dye. Both have held high roles at Apple in the past.
why is the apple pencil and the mouse a flop?
