The time has finally come: Disney + has now officially arrived in Europe, including Germany and Austria. So almost perfect for the corona quarantine next to that Home Office. The US filmmakers have a lot to offer with their streaming service. Don't worry, we'll take a look at an overview of all available films, series and prices in this article.
Disney + has been available for a few selected countries since November. With us, the streaming service - without using a VPN - was not yet officially available. Until now - as of today, the competitor for Netflix & Co. is now also available from us. There are numerous films and series on offer here - we'll take a look at everything in this article. We also clarify the question of which subscriptions are available and what our prices are exactly.
At the start, however, the picture quality and bit rate are reduced in order not to overload the networks in the current home office situation. All other streaming providers have already done a similar thing - Netflix has one of them already throttled.

Disney +: The streaming service has that on offer
Roughly speaking, this settles Program from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars and National Geographic together. When you start, you bring a catalog with a total of around 500 films, 350 series and 25 originals – a real gem. So let's take a closer look at what's on offer. You saw it - a huge catalog that Disney brings with it at the start. However, for some series / films, not all episodes / seasons will be published directly, but at weekly intervals. With Disney + you want to score points with quality instead of quantity, it has often been emphasized. After the launch, it will probably not be long before some of the films and series mentioned above will disappear from Netflix - Disney is currently offering some titles from their catalog there.
Disney +: You can stream on these devices and platforms
As the first variant, you can of course access Disney Plus directly via the browser. You can find the website under disneyplus.com. There are also apps for Android and iOS. You can also get the Disney + app on your Fire TV or Fire TV Stick and get started there. To do this, simply search for “Disney” on the start screen and then download the app. Otherwise you can also find the app right here.

Disney +: This is how much the subscription costs - the prices
As we mentioned in our previous articles on Disney +, the streaming service will cost 69,99 euros a year. So that's the equivalent of 6,99 euros a month - whoever dated Early bird discount has made use of it in the last few days, also only pays 59,99 euros for the first year.
As you already know from Netflix, you can share the subscription. With Disney +, a maximum of four people can watch at the same time with one account, and a maximum of seven can also watch Profillet pro account to be created. A proper announcement Netflix, where you pay 15,99 euros a month for four people at the same time.
