Galaxy Note 10: is Samsung making the headphone jack and physical buttons disappear?
So far, Samsung has relied on a jack connection and normal buttons on the side of every smartphone. With the upcoming Galaxy Note 10, Samsung could now take a drastic step. The physical buttons and the jack connector could go away.
Who Android Police Now reported, according to the latest rumors, the Galaxy Note 10 should come along without classic buttons. This means that there will still be buttons on the page, but they should no longer be printable. Instead, these should become pressure-sensitive - as is the case with the HTC U12 + the case is. There could no longer be a classic “click” on the buttons. The HTC U12+ had that for some of me ProProblems were taken care of - the volume was often unintentionally adjusted. Is that a good move?
Galaxy Note 10 without a jack connection?
Due to design changes, the jack connector could also fall victim and now disappear. So far, Samsung has stuck to the 3,5mm connector for headphones on every smartphone. Even with the newest Galaxy S10 is this still installed. Should the connection actually fall, Samsung will probably include a USB-C to jack adapter in the scope of delivery at the start. Alternatively, you can get USB-C headphones directly, some of which are now available. However, charging the smartphone and listening to music at the same time no longer works - unless you get a USB-C splitter from which it is on Amazon there are already some.
As an alternative, of course, there are also Bluetooth headphones, which not everyone can really get used to. Jack connection fans have so far been in good hands with Samsung - that could now be omitted. If you don't like that, you could go to the Galaxy Note 9 grab (with us already review).
