After Google Fit in the summer newly designed the iOS version that landed in the App Store yesterday was started. This even supports the Apple Watch.

The app for iOS has the same structure as the version for Android. That means that everything revolves around minutes of exercise and cardio points. The more you collect, the healthier you live according to research by the World Health Organization, with which Google worked to build Fit.

It is also possible to do breathing exercises using the Apple watch. If you have a smartwatch with Wear OS, it can also be used very easily.
