Shock for Honor: After Trump Huawei and thus Honor put on the "Entity List", got the Honor 20 Pro no Android release. But why exactly?

In case anyone didn't notice: US President Donald Trump put Huawei on this “entity list”. Therefore, all US companies are prohibited from interacting with Huawei and its subsidiary brand Honor. And even if there is one 90-day transition period are, more and more companies are terminating the partnership. So did Google, which caused the Chinese company to lose its official Android license. But that's not all: the newly introduced Honor 20 Pro no longer got Android certification.

Bad timing

The launch event for the Honor 20 and 20 took place in London two days ago Pro across the stage. While the Honor 20 has already been distributed to the media, the delivery of test devices of the Honor 20 Pro canceled at short notice. However, Honor gave no reason for this action. Now reported WinFuturethat this smartphone no longer received an official Android certification due to Trump's sanctions. The regular 20's came through as Honor got Google's approval before the US President's action. Whether the 20th Pro still come through is questionable.
