HTC Desire 12S: New smartphone comes to Germany

As HTC reveals in a current press release, the HTC Desire 12S is a new smartphone on its way to Germany. There are no prices yet, but the equipment points to an inexpensive entry-level smartphone.
At HTC it is currently quiet. Now, surprisingly, a new smartphone has been announced in a press release. The equipment is already known, but the price is not yet. However, you can't ask too much for this entry-level smartphone - the equipment is accordingly "light".
HTC Desire 12S: These are the specs
The HTC Desire 12s comes with a 5,7-inch display in 18: 9 format. The notchlose screen has a resolution of HD + (720 x 1.440 pixels). The dimensions of the HTC Desire 12S are 154,2 x 72,7 x 8,3 mm, the weight is 150 grams, including the Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 from 2016. This is set aside either 3 GB or 4 GB of RAM. There is also 32 GB or 64 GB of internal memory for files and media, which can be expanded using a micro SD card.

The single camera on the back has a resolution of 13 megapixels (f / 2.0 aperture), and the flash is right next to it. Here, however, video recordings are only possible in Full HD (1.080p) - 4K and other extras cannot be expected here. Below that we find a fingerprint sensor. On the front, the camera also has a resolution of 13 megapixels (f / 2.2 aperture) - there is also a flash here.
There is also a battery with a capacity of 3075 mAh, but without a quick charge function. In addition, NFC and Bluetooth 4.2 are also on board. Only 2,4 GHz (802.11 b / g / n) is possible with WLAN - although 5 GHz should be the standard for every device in 2019. The operating system - the meanwhile "old" - Android 8.1 is used together with the HTC Sense interface.
Prices are not yet known, but with this configuration you will be more likely to drive a budget or entry-level smartphone. After the market launch, it should then be available in the colors Charcoal Black and Crystal Silver.
