Huawei P50 Pro: Renders show a very striking camera module

There was that at the end of last year first render to the Huawei P50 Pro, which featured a waterfall design. This was probably just a prototype, because new images have now surfaced that show a different design language for the smartphone.
For example, Huawei should rely on a display that is only slightly rounded on both sides. In addition, the glass should be above and below the panel, similar to last year's P40 Pro +, also be slightly curved. Thus, the display bezels appear a bit thinner. The diagonal of the display could be 6,6 inches, although 6,78 inches have been rumored every now and then in the last few days. The front camera, in the form of a small punch hole, should then sit in the middle of the panel and the fingerprint sensor should also be integrated into the display.
But when you look at the back, you notice the biggest changes. The camera module looks a bit bigger than its predecessor and the design is very reminiscent of the Huawei Nova 8 Pro. Also striking are the two enormously large circles, each of which could accommodate at least two cameras, although unfortunately there is no more precise information about the positioning of the sensors at this point in time. According to the leaker Themes The Huawei P50 Pro could use a quad camera, which is set up as follows: a new 50 megapixel main camera, 64 megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, 5x optical telephoto lens and a TOF sensor.
When is the smartphone release? Does it come from anywhere else on the market other than China?
Hello Lennart,
The Huawei P50 series will probably be presented on April 17th, although there is no official information from the manufacturer yet.
The regular P50 and the Pro are expected to come to Europe in very small numbers, but there is no confirmed information on that yet either.
