Libratone is 10 years old - the company has the Libratone BIRD to match veröffentlicht. The special thing here is the design.

The new loudspeaker looks like a little bird. Conicidence? I don't think so, because you can also find a nightingale in the manufacturer's logo. The BIRD is very small and also very light with a weight of 145 grams. A special feature is that the housing is magnetic on the underside and the small speaker adheres to magnetic surfaces. The controls have been installed on the back of the small beeper. Another cuteness: to activate the device, turn the bird's head. The gadget is available in the colors blue and pink.

Despite the small footprint, the battery life is 10 hours according to the manufacturer. A big disadvantage is that the speaker is still charged via microUSB. I wonder why they still haven't switched to USB-C here. Even with the TRACK the company installed this old connection. On the other hand, it is positive that Bluetooth 5 is used and it is compatible with the manufacturer's smartphone app. This can be used to connect several BIRDs to one another, among other things.

Prices and availability

The Libratone BIRD is now available in Manufacturer's online shop for an RRP of 69 euros.
