OnePlus 3: Battery empty faster after update
Two weeks ago, OnePlus got one Update to version 3.2.1 released. This update fixed some bugs and brought the user an sRGB mode and improved RAM management. But how PhoneArea now reported, the battery of the flagship killer should now run out faster than before.
I too noticed with my OnePlus 3 after the update that the battery empties faster than before. But that wasn't really Proproblem, because with DashCharge the smartphone can be charged to 30 in around 60 minutes Procent charged. Or you can use a power bank. As various blogs are now reporting, the battery should charge by 4 every 1 minutes Prodrain cent. That would mean that even if you don't use the device, it will be empty after around 24 hours. We can't confirm that, because my device only lost about 5-10 overnight Procent of the battery charge.
What can you do about it?
There is currently little you can do about this Protrouble. Of course, you could always carry an external battery with you so that the battery doesn't run out on the go. But with DashCharge, the device is fully charged to 100 in just under an hour Procent charged. We can therefore only hope for an upcoming software update. But I have to the batteryproactually don't mind Thread in the OnePlus forum found where users write that the battery drains extremely quickly.
Since an AMOLED display directly switches off the pixels in certain areas when it is black, the smartphone does not need a lot of battery by activating the dark mode. The dark mode shows many areas in black instead of white and does not drain the battery as quickly. You can activate it in the Settings under Adaptation and there on "Dark mode" . click
Did you notice a shorter battery life on your OnePlus 3? Let's discuss things together and write me your experiences in the comments.
I've had a huge battery since the update Problem
Hey fupp!
Is that what you mean in connection with the update to nougat?
I recently switched to the build community. Actually only because of the 60FPS mode, but I was also hoping that the battery life would improve. I'm always in flight mofus and probably use 2 hours a day wifi (new zealand in the mcd) and I'm just getting through that day! In flight mode! But that's only been a few weeks. Before that it lasted at least two days. When it was completely nru there were 2 days with 50% no problem, now I have to charge because I can't even manage 12 hours... Unfortunately, dashcharge only works on sockets, not from the power bank.
Hello Marco,
do you use the CB with nougat? That's when I heard that the battery life had deteriorated quite a bit. Unfortunately, a beta is not a finished version - things like that can always happen.
If you say that you won't get more than a day in airplane mode, I would switch back to the official version.

I don't care about the 6gb. if I have to charge a flagship cell phone at 16:00 p.m. then it's almost a cheek for me
Have you installed the new OxygenOS 3.2.2? I'm already on it and supposedly there should be improvements.
Or do you use CyanogenMod?
Hello David,
is really a cheek to call your smartphone “flagship killer” and then you have to charge it really often. For me it was better before Oxygen 3.2.1 and now 3.2.2, now it got really stupid with the battery life
Since yesterday I have 3.2.2 on it and the battery is empty extremely quickly and my hand is getting really warm too….
I want to put it back again.
Also have the same Proproblem since 3.2.2. My OnePlus 3 also gets warm very quickly and the battery drains quickly.
I think resetting won't do you much good, we'll have to wait for another update ...
Unfortunately, it is emptying extremely quickly for me at the moment! Load my OP 3 about 2-3 times now pro Day. I hope an update with solution of this Problems coming very soon!
It is often the same with me. Hope for an update too. But then you have to do without the full 6GB RAM again ...: /
