OPPO today officially presented four smartphones from the new A series. In this article we want to take a closer look at the OPPO A54 5G.
The highlights of the new A54 5G are definitely the huge 5.000 mAh battery and the Qualcomm Snapdragon Proprocessor that enables 5G for less than 300 euros.
OPPO A54 5G: Technical Specifications
The display is a 6,5-inch IPS panel with a 20: 9 aspect ratio, which has a pleasantly sharp resolution with FHD + and also supports a smooth refresh rate of 90 Hertz. The screen is only interrupted by a small punch hole in which the front camera can be found. The edges around the panel are okay, although the lower edge of the screen could have been a bit smaller.
Color OS version 11.1, based on Android 11, is used as software. The Snapdragon 480 from Qualcomm works under the hood, which enables 5G. It is supported by 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal memory, which can be expanded to up to 256 GB via a micro SD card. The battery has a proud capacity of 5.000 mAh and should ensure excellent runtimes. Otherwise, stereo speakers, a fingerprint sensor on the side and a jack connection are on board.
With the cameras on the back, we see a familiar picture from OPPO. The manufacturer installs 4 cameras that can be found in the top left corner. The main camera has a resolution of 48 megapixels and objects can be digitally enlarged up to 6 times. There is also an ultra-wide-angle camera with a resolution of 8 megapixels and two additional sensors, each with 2 megapixels, which are responsible for macro shots and depth effects. The front camera has a resolution of 16 megapixels and records videos in Full HD with up to 30 FPS.
