A week ago I reported on that Design of the Powerbeats Pro. Now these in-ears have been officially revealed. They offer that.

The new Powerbeats look exactly as I described last week. The in-ears are completely wireless and are stored in a charging case that is charged via lightning. Apple offers the model in several colors: black, ivory, navy and moss. Overall, they are 23 percent smaller and 17 percent lighter than their predecessors and have protection against sweat and water.

With H1 chip

Just like in the AirPods 2, Apple installed the H1 chip in the Powerbeats Pro. This allows for faster connection to iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches and Macs and waking up Siri with the well-known command "Hey Siri!". Once paired with one of the devices mentioned above, iCloud remembers the in-ear headphones so that a connection with other Apple devices takes place without prior pairing. It is also possible to use the Powerbeats Pro with Android smartphones or Windows PCs. The initial connection only takes place manually. Apple gives a battery life of nine hours pro plug on. The total running time is more than 24 hours.

The new Powerbeats Pro will be available in the Apple store from May. Cost: 250 euros.
