Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 review
Xiaomi was pretty much the first manufacturer to bring a smartphone with an almost borderless display onto the market. Meanwhile, the company from China is no longer alone with the rimless design. That's why the Chinese released the Mi Mix 3, a slider smartphone to stand out from the crowd. My colleague and editor-in-chief of TechnikNews David Wurm was able to test the smartphone. In his review you can read what he thinks of the device.
Fitbit Pay is coming to Austria soon
It is well known that Austria is in a rather poor position when it comes to paying with smartphones or wearables. The only two services that work reasonably well are Garmin Pay and boon from Wirecard - Google Pay, Apple Pay and Fitbit Pay are still a long time coming. The latter service could soon make it to us. I suspect that because I can already see the wallet icon in the Fitbit app, but I can't set up Fitbit Pay myself yet. In addition, Austria is not yet listed on the Fitbit Pay website.
Phone numbers in Facebook are visible to everyone
A few weeks ago I reported on password managers and two-factor authentication. In order to be able to use this on Facebook, you also have to enter a telephone number. Facebook says this is necessary for security reasons. A major disadvantage, however, is that this phone number is visible to everyone by default. Unfortunately, this can only be partially prevented in the privacy settings.
Switching from Evernote to Notion just got easier
More and more people are considering switching from Evernote to Notion. To make this as easy as possible, the Notion developers have now implemented an importer. In order to use it, one needs to sign in with their Evernote account to give the All-In-One tool access to it. After that, you can choose which notebooks to transfer. Imported notes all end up in their own Notion database. The whole Prozess worked for me without it Protrouble. So anyone considering a change could approach the importer. In addition, a five-dollar note credit is known.

Pocket Casts 7 is here
Podcast apps are a dime a dozen. One of them is called Pocket Casts, which is available for Android, iOS and the web. Version 7 was released this week, including a complete redesign. In addition, the menus have now been restructured a little. In addition, the display layout of the subscribed podcasts can now also be adjusted.
