iPad OS 16.1:
After a long wait, the time had finally come on Monday: The update to iPadOS 16.1 was activated. The reason for the delay was the Stage Manager, i.e. the new window multitasking system for the iPad and the Mac, which didn't really run flawlessly. In addition to the improvement of the Stage Manager, a few features have also come from the iPhone to the iPad with the shared iCloud photo library or the editing of iMessages. You can read all the other innovations with iPadOS 16.1 here:
MediaMarkt offers:
The electronics store MediaMarkt had an interesting promotion this week from Wednesday to today, because they gave customers 19 Procent VAT on some Proproducts. That's how it became, for example Samsung Galaxy S21FE for only 444 euros or the Google Pixel 6a for 377 euros. Customers were also able to save on VAT on smartwatches and some tablets. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 first impression
Our editor Fabian is currently testing the foldable Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4, but before doing a detailed review in a few weeks TechnikNews he unpacks the foldable first and then reports on his first impressions after a few days of use. The scope of delivery is pretty unspectacular, since Samsung has hardly included anything since the Galaxy S21 series. However, he does like the smartphone itself quite a bit. Among other things, he praises the design, the performance and especially the stereo speakers.
