Pokémon GO: where can I find which Pokémon?

If you are often on the lookout for the little monsters, you will probably ask yourself more often: where can I find which Pokémon? In this guide, we want to show you where Pokémon prefer to hide.

Pokémon GO is an augmented reality game where you have to move around in the real world to find Pokémon and get coins, Poké Balls, EP's and much more at Pokéstops. In addition to our article Pokémon GO: All information, tips & tricks In this guide we would like to provide an overview of where you can find which Pokémon. It is no coincidence that you find a quapule, for example, next to a pond.

What do you think of Pokémon GO?

The matter of searching for Pokéstops and Pokémon is often exaggerated. There are known cases in Australia where this collector stormed into a police station to find a rare Pokémon. There have never been any known accidents during a Pokémon hunt, but you should keep an eye out during a hunt to see what is happening in your environment.

There is a list of the rarer and more frequently found specimens here in the subreddit. This list shows all previously known monsters according to rarity. As mentioned above, it is no coincidence which Pokémon can be found where. It always depends on the region where you are looking, and movement also plays a major role. To find very rare Pokémon, you often have to go far from where you live.

If you only find normal Pokémon in the first few days, you should still not give up, because over time you always learn and then look for less well-known places.

Is there something wrong with this list, or you've found a Pokémon somewhere completely different? What have you found all that strange? Write it to me in the comments!

This overview is constantly updated, for example when a new Pokémon becomes known. If it is updated, we will let you know on Facebook and Twitter.

[...] the most popular entry is "Pokémon GO: Change team later - is that possible?", Followed by "Pokémon GO: Where can I find which Pokémon?". [...]

In principle, the list is correct. But it is just a kind of "guideline" ... I've found n Tentacha, Schiggi or n Quapsel in residential areas often enough and there was no water or the like for miles.
Coincidence plays a role here.
Only then the probability is higher to find n water pokemon near water.

Laurenz

Great list, helps me a lot! Not always true, but mostly!
Thank you!
