This app is based on the legendary film series to coincide with the start of the new movie “Rogue One A Star Wars Story”.

Description

Star Wars - Galaxy Of Heroes is a free game app for Android and iOS devices. The app is an RPG based on the entire Star Wars film series. The game is about teaching you a game to become the best player in Mos Eisley Cantina. The battle system of the game consists in attacking the opponent with your team by simply touching them with your finger.

Story

You play a visitor to the Mos Eisley Cantina and are taught by a young Twi'lek lady (humanoid, extraterrestrial species) to play a game which you can also play in,Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope ”. While she wants to explain to you at the beginning of the introduction how this game works, your conversation is interrupted by a Hutten (snail-like, alien species) and threatens you by saying that he is the best player in this game and then disappears. As soon as the hut is gone, you will be initiated further in this game. As soon as you have made the introduction, you are on your own.

Scope

As soon as you are on your own, you will probably be in the main menu of the Mos Eisley Cantina, where you will see a holo game table in front of you that says "Fight the light side" and "Fight the dark side". If you have pressed the fight for the light side button, you can fight against the dark side with your team of characters of the light side. In the main menu you will also see other holo game tables with other characters, but to continue your fight there you have to have a certain player level.

The Start

For the beginning you can only do "Battles of the Light Side" and if you get 3 characters of the dark side such as Coast Trooper, Darth Vader, B2 Super Battle Droid or Captain Phasma and have achieved player level 12 you can "Battles of the Dark" Side “play. At the top of the main menu you will see a data card button and a delivery button. The data card button will take you to the data card shop, where you can buy data cards, for example to get equipment for your characters, and the delivery button has a similar function, only you have to activate this button from player level 7. In the lower right corner of your smartphone screen you will find a button that says Activities. If you decide to click on the activities button, your missions will be displayed and if you have completed a mission you can get a reward.

On the left side of your smartphone screen you will see six more buttons. A settings button where you can change the settings of the game, a character button where you can buy characters for your team, a ships button, an ally button, an inbox button where you can read your notifications and a success button where you can get rewards from completed missions.

My Opinion

I think Star Wars - Galaxy Of Heroes is actually a really cool game app. It's pretty ad-free and I really like the fights and the character selection. The only thing I don't like about this game that much is that this game needs an internet connection to be playable. It's just too bad that this game doesn't work offline otherwise Star Wars - Galaxy Of Heroes would be a real addict for me.

score

The app gets 8 out of 10 points from me!

Hello Gregor. I once have a question: Why do you deduct points when the app can only be played with internet access? How do you want to play offline with other people? I think that's really an unfair assessment
