Wireless charging stations have been an integral part of everyday life for several years. Mobile devices are also increasing in number, and each should be powered at the same time. Nomad has this Proproblem and with the Nomad Base Station Hub the right solution is ready.

Nomad is for their high quality and cheap Proproducts known. In addition, the manufacturer from California also uses environmentally friendly packaging and price standards that are not too high. Another similar one Prowe had with TechnikNews already review: the Nomad Base Station Pro.

Only the bare essentials are included here

When you open the packaging, you only come across the Base Station Hub including the power supply unit with US, EU and UK plugs and some paperwork. Unfortunately, this power supply is not a USB-C power supply. Unfortunately, the European version does not have an integrated Apple Watch charging pad either.

Charge all Apple devices at the same time

If you have access to the entire mobile Apple cosmos, you now have the option of charging your Apple Watch, AirPods and iPhone at the same time. However, during my test I had the phenomenon that the iPhone 12 mini did not always charge reliably while using the Pro Max didn't have any interruptions.

Nevertheless, you should make sure that you charge the device correctly and that you do not place the device on the Base Station Hub without checking while trusting that it is charging correctly. Otherwise the rude awakening could happen when you get up in the morning: the empty battery.

All charging ports are available

On the back there are some ports, such as USB-A, USB-C, with which you can charge other devices at the same time via cable. All you have to do is to have the main power supply plugged in.

Workmanship at a high level and hardly bigger than a hand

There is no lack of quality. Among other things, high-quality leather and plastic were used. There is no need to worry about the material overheating. At the same time it is also a Product, which is hardly larger than a hand, thus procan be easily placed in most corners and is really a visual feast for the eyes.

Conclusion

It isn't a priori ProProduct for people who want to spend little money and are satisfied with the essentials. The target group is clearly those who like to prefer high-priced, high-quality charging stations and who have the wherewithal. Because Nomad does not price the Nomad Station Hub at around 150 euros for free.
