Apple Studio Display: Delivery times are getting shorter again

The Apple Studio Display has been around since March, but delivery times have been several weeks since then. Now these shorten a little.

With the studio display Apple launched a monitor with a relatively small price tag last March. If you wanted to buy a display from the company before, you had to pay at least 5.499 euros for it Pro Lay display XDR down. And then there was another 1.000 euros for the stand. And even if the Apple Studio Display is still not really cheap with a price of 1.749 euros for the entry-level configuration, it has been very sold out since the market launch.

In some cases, interested parties had to wait up to ten weeks to hold a copy in their hands. It didn't look any better with the availability in the Apple stores.

Apple Studio Display: Delivery times sometimes only last three weeks

Now things seem to be improving a bit. If you order the basic equipment with standard glass and a tilt-adjustable stand in Apple's Austrian online store, August 16 is given as the earliest delivery date. So you can expect a period of two to three weeks. It looks similar in the German store, where a period of three to four weeks is predicted.

The situation is completely different for the other equipment variants. If, for example, you only select the more expensive bracket, you have to wait another six to eight weeks for the good piece. The same happens when adding the nano-texture glass.

In the physical Apple Stores, the individual models are available at similar times. In summary, one can say that patience is still required if you want to have an Apple Studio Display. Even if the situation is slowly getting better.
