Meizu, a Chinese company, is probably only known to very few people, which is a pity, because the equipment of last year's smartphones was quite impressive. It's the same with the new Meizu 18 Pro, which was presented in China a few weeks ago.
In the following lines we will first take a closer look at the features of the smartphone and then reveal where you can buy the device in this country.
Meizu 18 Pro: Technical specifications
One of the highlights is definitely the huge 6,7 inch OLED display, which takes up a large part of the front. The resolution is 3.200 x 1.440 pixels and content can be reproduced at up to 120 Hertz. Under the hood, the Snapdragon 888 from Qualcomm works with either 8 or 12 GB of RAM. Buyers can choose between 128 and 256 GB of internal storage, which unfortunately cannot be expanded.
A 4.500 mAh battery, which can be wired or wirelessly charged with up to 40 watts, should ensure long runtimes. On the back there is space for four sensors, which are arranged similarly to the Galaxy S20 Ultra. Also on board is a 50 megapixel main camera, an ultra wide-angle camera with 32 megapixels and an 8 megapixel triple telephoto lens. This setup is supplemented by a TOF sensor. The 3 megapixel front camera on the front sits in a small punch hole.

The smallest variant with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage starts at 729 euros. For double storage, buyers have to pay 60 or 70 euros more, depending on the shop, and a proud 877 euros at TradingShenzhen or 859 euros at the CECT shop have to be put on the table for the largest storage variant. The colors are black, white and blue to choose from.
