Galaxy Note 7: Samsung launches major recall

To date, Samsung is already aware of 35 critical incidents with the Note 7. In these cases, batteries are said to have caught fire while charging and exploded as a result. Not all devices are affected, but delivery is now stopped for an indefinite period of time.

Samsung is now calling the devices back

Release should start today in Europe

That is why you should let friends know if they have a grade of 7. But the reports currently only seem to relate to South Korea, so other countries should not be affected. However, caution is still required until the replacement.
Except for an unknown time, the release has now been stopped. There is no official confirmation from Samsung as to when the smartphone will be delivered again. On the Austrian Samsung website is advertised as "available from 9 September", but we do not expect it.
