Huawei MatePad Pro presented: the iPad Pro clone?

In addition to the Huawei Mate Xs the company also introduced a new tablet - the Huawei MatePad Pro. This looks very similar to Apple's iPad Pro.
The equipment of the Huawei Mate Xs and the Huawei MatePad Pro are both pretty similar. Only with regard to the equipment, mind you - this is a common tablet, not a foldable device. The MatePad Pro has the Kirin 990 processor, which is supported with 6 GB or 8 GB of RAM. The display is 10,8 inches and has a QHD resolution. There is also a punch hole in the display, which means that the tablet is almost completely borderless.
Huawei MatePad Pro: With Android, but without Google apps
The MatePad Pro comes in two versions. There is a WLAN, LTE and a 5G version. The WLAN version is the cheapest option and comes with 128 GB of internal storage as standard. With the LTE and 5G version, you can choose between 128 GB, 256 GB and even 512 GB with the 5G model. On the back there is also a 13 megapixel camera, the 7250 mAh battery powers the package. The latter can also be charged wirelessly using QI charging.
On top of that there are four Harman cordon speakers, which should enable a rich stereo sound. EMUI 10 with Android 10 is used as the operating system. As with all newer Huawei devices, there will be no Google apps. As an accessory there is also a Huawei M-Pencil, which is charged wirelessly on the edge of the tablet. To do this, it simply has to be pinned to the side - it can be held in place using a magnet.
Huawei MatePad Pro: pricing and availability
The price of the MatePad Pro starts at 549 euros in the cheapest configuration. The most expensive equipment costs 949 euros. The prices for any accessories start at 39 euros (Folio Cover, MatePad Sleeve), M-Pencil for 99 euros and the keyboard for 129 euros. Market launch should take place in April.
