This afternoon the developers of OnePlus officially in the forum released the new OxygenOS version 3.2.2 for all OnePlus 3 users. Among other things, the "pocketProblem" and as always there are some improvements and bug fixes.
The company only had the update a few weeks ago OxygenOS 3.2 for the OnePlus 3 unrolled. If you carried the smartphone in your trouser pocket with the display facing your leg, the sensor would constantly scan your leg and the flagship killer. The battery drained faster and the device often got warm. That has been fixed Proproblem with notifications with doze enabled. Often the device had to be moved or woken up for the messages to arrive.
What's new in OxygenOS 3.2.2?
The known Proproblem with the notifications in Doze and ProFixed bugs in silent mode and the alert slider. The fingerprint sensor is now deactivated in the trouser pocket by the proximity sensor. Now the sensor of the device in the trouser pocket with the display on the inside can no longer scan the user's leg and therefore no longer gets warm. Furthermore, NFC can now be easily activated and deactivated in the quick settings of the status bar. For video recordings, the 4K codec has been updated and the noise canceling has been readjusted. It also has the latest Google security patch from July 2016 and many other improvements installed.

Since this update, according to the developer Sam L, this time again is incremental, it may take longer for the software update to reach all users. The 271 MB update can be found in the settings under system updates. If you are hasty and do not want to wait any longer for the update, you can also use a VPN.
