OnePlus Watch: Launch confirmed in spring 2021

In the meantime there have been rumors about a OnePlus Watch. Pete Lau from OnePlus has now confirmed the launch of such a watch in spring 2021.
As everyone should know, OnePlus' very first product was a smartphone. Relatively soon after, rumors began to surface about an in-house smartwatch, which would be obvious. After all, a smart watch would be a perfect accessory for a smartphone. But somehow the OnePlus Watch always remained a rumor. In the meantime, the manufacturer even brought a TV onto the market, which was the last thing I would have expected.

Now Pete Lau, founder and CEO of OnePlus, writes on Twitter that a smartwatch is planned for a launch next spring. However, the tweet does not provide any further information. For example, we do not know what the watch will look like, what processor it will come with or what operating system will be installed. But as we know OnePlus, it is not unlikely that some details will be revealed before the official unveiling. That was the case with the OnePlusBuds the case. Let's wait and see.
