Qualcomm processors are not only found in smartphones, but also in smart speakers. Today, the company introduced a new series of chips for this product group.

The series is called QCS400 and has some interesting features. Qualcomm placed particular emphasis on improving the sound and using artificial intelligence, or AI for short, in this series. The chip manufacturer guarantees that devices with a processor from the QCS400 series can recognize keywords even in very loud environments or over long distances.

With support for Dolby Atmos

As stated at the beginningproThe new processors are also designed to improve the sound of the speakers. Among other things, Dolby Atmos is supported as standard, which should make it easier for manufacturers to bring products with outstanding sound quality to market. In addition, aptX support is also on board, which should eliminate latency.
