Samsung Galaxy S22: First details about the devices known
The Samsung Galaxy S22 is still a few months away, but the first details are already known.
The Galaxy S22 series should not await us until January 2022, but the first details are already seeping through. The well-known insider "Ice Universe" posted the first details about the devices on the Chinese platform "Weibo".
The Samsung Galaxy S22 is to be planned with a 6,06 ″ LTPS Full-HD + display with a refresh rate of 120 Hertz. The S22 Plus display is again 0,5 ″ larger and should be 6,55 ″. The Ultra model relied on a 6,8 ″ LTPO QHD + display with 120 Hertz.
The batteries are said to be 3800 mAh for the normal S22, the Plus model has 4600 mAh. The battery of the Ultra model would remain at 5000 mAh as in the S21 Ultra.
The cameras on the Samsung Galaxy S22 and S22 Plus are identical again, with a 50 megapixel sensor with 1 / 1.55 aperture being used as the main sensor. The ultra-wide-angle camera would have a resolution of 12 megapixels, the 3x optical zoom also with 12 MP. The Ultra model should still be equipped with a 108 megapixel camera and also rely on the 12MP cameras of the S22 / Plus. The fourth lens is a 10x “optically variable zoom” with 12 megapixels.
The design should be slightly adapted, but very similar to the S21 design.
