Twitter now shows tweets chronologically again
For some, the biggest downside to the Twitter app is that tweets aren't listed chronologically on the home page. That is changing now.
For several years, Twitter has been sorting the tweets in the timeline according to relevance, which is determined by an algorithm. If you want to see the posts in chronological order, you couldn't avoid using a third-party client. However, last October a test was started which introduced a second timeline in which tweets are sorted in descending order of age.
This beta phase is now complete and the corresponding update for iOS is available for download. The Android and web apps will be updated soon.
The Home and Latest timelines are now just a swipe away for everyone on iOS, and soon on Android and web.
Tap the ✨ icon to pin (or unpin) the Latest timeline to your Home tab for easy access. https://t.co/cj7ofY3CZq pic.twitter.com/XR0ALOQ5Y6

Twitter: Swipe between timelines
The update splits the first tab of the Twitter app into "Home" and "Recent Tweets" sections. While in "Home" the list of all tweets appears in the familiar order, in "Latest Tweets" you get the order according to the date of publication. You can now decide for yourself how you want to browse the social network without being tied to another app. If desired, the new view can also be pinned, which saves you from constantly swiping to this view.
As already mentioned, this new feature is already available in the iOS appprobeer Coming soon for Android and the website.
