In addition to numerous other products, Xiaomi the new Pad 5 was also shown today. This also works without the addition of "Mi" and brings some improvements compared to its predecessor.

Just in time for the big Xiaomi launch, we get to see a new tablet from the Chinese company today. This will also appear with us - so it's definitely worth a look. Inside is the powerful Snapdragon 860 from Qualcomm, manufactured using 7 nm technology. This clocks at 2,96 GHz.

Xiaomi Pad 5 with Dolby Atmos and more

We come to the most exciting innovations. The new Xiaomi Pad 5 is equipped with a WQHD + display, which comes with a repetition rate of 120 Hz and Dolby Vision. This also has a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels. Stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos are also available for even better film enjoyment. For a work & gaming tablet, the battery is of course an important component. The 8.720 mAh battery is charged with a 22,5 watt power supply using the fast charging process.

There is also 6 GB of RAM for multitasking, and 128 GB or 256 GB of internal memory is available for storing files. Snapshots are also no problem with the Pad 8 thanks to the 13 MP front and 5 MP rear cameras. There is also a Xiaomi Smart Pen as a practical accessory for drawing and typing on the tablet.

The Xiaomi Pad 5 is available from September 23 in the color variants Cosmic Gray and Pearl White at an RRP of 399,90 euros at Media Markt, Saturn, the Xiaomi stores as well as at o2, Vodafone and Deutsche Telekom .
