Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 Lite 5G and Tab A7 Lite have been leaked
The South Korean manufacturer will add two more devices to its tablet line-up in June with the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 Lite 5G and the Tab A7 Lite. The first specifications have now appeared.
The Galaxy Tab S7 and Tab S7 + were together with the Notes 20 Ultra presented in August of last year and will soon have a little brother. Little was known about this device so far, but the first screenshots of an internal presentation have now appeared. There the first key specifications for the Tab S7 Lite 5G are mentioned.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 Lite 5G
The tablet doesn't seem to be that “lite” at all. Samsung is to work on a large tablet with 12,4 inches, which is to appear under the name "Galaxy Tab S7 Lite". The screenshot from the well-known insider The Walking Cat shows the device from the front. The display is said to have a resolution of 2.560 x 1.600 pixels and "LTPS TFT" is specified as the technology. So nothing stands in the way of a 90 or even 120Hz refresh rate. In addition, as the name suggests, 5G should be supported. The screenshot also says “Galaxy Continuity”, which probably indicates the new functions in OneUI 3.5. The device should appear in June.
Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite
There are already pictures of the Tab A7 Lite that show the tablet from both the back and the front. The design looks pretty familiar to us, which is why the images may only serve as placeholders. Samsung advertises with "One Hand Operation", since the panel is supposed to be only 8,7 inches. The housing should be made of metal and the manufacturer advertises "good for entertainment". Samsung should also present the device in June.
