Rivian is known in the USA and Canada for its electric trucks. Tomorrow the company wants to introduce the Rivian R2, which will also come to Europe.

Rivian currently has two models for consumers to choose from: the R1S and the R1T. However, these are only available in the USA and Canada, while here they are only available in Europe Amazon drives around with the brand's electric delivery cars. In addition, both models of the brand are quite expensive.

That's what he should do Rivian R2, which will be presented tomorrow, change. The starting price of this one is said to be between $40.000 and $50.000, making it almost half cheaper than its older siblings. It will also be smaller, with the basic look and key features inherited from the R1S and R1T, as the company's CEO claims. Below is a photo that most likely shows the R2 next to an R1S and clarifies this statement.

It will sometimes come to Austria, Germany, Belgium, France, Spain, Italy, Great Britain and Switzerland. However, Rivian is currently only opening pre-orders for the USA and Canada and will notify interested parties via email when they start in Europe.

The presentation of the Rivian R2 will take place tomorrow, March 7, 2024, at 19 p.m. German time.
