The Xiaomi Smart Band 8 Pro is a well-equipped fitness tracker with some smartwatch functions. The wearable has a 289 milliamp hour battery, which should give it a battery life of up to 14 days. The size of the AMOLED display is 1,74 inches with a resolution of 336 x 460 pixels.
Xiaomi integrates 150 sports modes into the device with some additional functions for runners, such as the ability to set a preferred pace. The Smart Band 8 can track the distance covered during a workout Pro Record without a smartphone and it is waterproof up to five ATM. For everyday use it offers a selection of 200 watch faces and the range of bracelets is also said to be very large. These should also be easy to replace thanks to a quick-release fastener.

Xiaomi Watch 2: The flagship
The Xiaomi Watch 2 runs Wear OS, powered by a Snapdragon W5 Gen 1. By choosing the operating system, the device can be customized very flexibly by installing additional apps, for which there is a total of 32 gigabytes of storage space. The battery has a capacity of 495 milliamp hours and is said to last 65 hours on a single charge. The display measures 1,43 inches diagonally and is also based on AMOLED.
The Xiaomi Watch 2 is also well equipped for recording sports. The watch can record 160 different sports, with a big focus on winter sports. Here, the smartwatch can record the user's ski tracks or the average speed of gliding. In addition, Xiaomi has again partnered with Strava to synchronize data between this service and the Mi Fit app. No smartphone connection is required to record routes.
Xiaomi Watch S3: Slightly cheaper and without Wear OS
Anyone who finds the price of the Xiaomi Watch 2 too high might be interested in the Xiaomi Watch S3. The display on this one is the same size as that on the more expensive model. The only serious differences are the operating system and battery life. HyperOS from Xiaomi is installed here instead of Wear OS and the battery life is up to 15 days. The sports functions are similar to the other two models.

The three Xiaomi wearables are now available. The Smart Band 8 Pro costs 69,99 euros, the Watch S3 is priced at 149,99 euros and the Watch 2 is available for 199,99 euros.
