A1 down with glitches: No internet for some customers

Currently A1 seems to be down - at least for some customers. In the Linz area, i.e. especially Upper Austria, and in Graz, some users are currently reporting Protrouble with the internet.
As always, it is not possible to say exactly what it is. However, A1 confirms to a user from Graz that there is a External damage to cables has occurred. The matter is currently being resolved - everything should work again in the afternoon.
A1 down: What can you do?
if it Proproblems, it is advisable to contact the A1 service hotline. You might get more information there, which one Proproblem there exactly. Otherwise, as always, it's time to wait and drink tea. Propieces.
