Apple iPhone 12 (Max), iPhone 12 Pro (Max): Technical details and prices leaked

The full details of the upcoming Apple iPhone 12 series are known. Due to a leak, all technical data, models and prices are now on the table. The source is pretty trustworthy, which means that there are real leaks.

The leaker Jon Prosser has in his latest video all details about the upcoming iPhones divulged. About the We already reported leaks about the design of the new iPhones. In addition to the technical data, we now also know that there will be an iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Max, iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max. The respective variants, i.e. standard or Pro, naturally differ in terms of features, the Max is just the larger model. We'll briefly go through the specs and details in more detail.

Apple iPhone 12 (Max)

If you trust the source, which has proven to be quite accurate in the past, we have the correct details here. Of course, no detailed data in advance, but some pointers and prices. The latter, however, in dollars, the euro prices cannot, as usual, be converted directly, since our pricing is different (usually more expensive).

The 5,4-inch iPhone 12 with an aluminum casing is said to be equipped with a Super Retina display from BOE. The iPhone 12 Max is said to have a 6,1-inch display diagonal with 60 Hz. Under the hood there will be 4 gigabytes of RAM, along with 128 GB or 256 GB of internal storage. The processor is the in-house A14 chip with 5G support for the first time. On the back we find the triple camera with lidar sensor - the stove is now complete with its four plates. Okay, jokes aside - the four lenses, of course. In terms of price, we are at 649 or 749 dollars for the version with more storage. A price of 750 euros for 128 GB of storage for the iPhone 12 seems realistic. For the iPhone 12 Max we are at 749 or 849 dollars - so almost 800 euros.

Apple iPhone 12 Pro (Max)

As the name suggests, the iPhone 12 Pro is the more powerful of the two variants. It also looks much more elegant with its stainless steel casing. The standard model has a 6,1-inch display diagonal, while the Max model has an impressive 6,7-inch display diagonal with a Super Retina XRD display. Since the panel here comes from Samsung instead of BOE, we will also see 120 Hz in an iPhone for the first time. The increased refresh rate is called "Apple ProMotion". Apple's A14 chip with 5G modem is also at work inside. There are also 128, 256 GB or 512 GB storage with 6 GB RAM.

The two models are also identical in terms of cameras: here, too, they "only" use a triple camera. However, the price is of course significantly higher, to be precise 999, 1.099 or 1.299 dollars for the standard Pro and 1.099, 1.199 or 1.399 for the Max model. If we add the surcharge for the euro prices, we could arrive at an entry-level price of 1.050 euros for the Pro model and 1.150 euros for the Max.

The new iPhones will probably be available in black, white and silver, as well as the new "Navy Blue", which is set to replace the green color ("Midnight Green"). Another big new feature is the smaller notch, which will honestly do the iPhone's design a lot of good.
