Apple Music: Support for the music streaming service appears in the Home app
Sometimes an article that has nothing to do with that MWC 2019 has to do in Barcelona. After Apple Music came to Amazon's Alexa, the service will apparently be available for Google Home devices in the near future as well.
In December, Apple Music came to devices running Amazon Alexa. Since then, the music that is stored in your music library can be controlled via voice commands. The same should now come for speakers on which you speak to the Google Assistant.
Currently not working
A screenshot shows that Apple Music is listed as an option to add a music service in the Google Home app on iOS. However, no accounts can currently be set up, so the feature is still blocked. That will likely change with an update. It is assumed that, just like with Alexa, it will then be possible to control the music with the Google Assistant.
