Apple services down: iCloud, Apple Music, TV+, App Store, iMessage and more not available

Numerous Apple services are currently disrupted or are working very slowly or with error messages. At the moment, you can only log into iCloud sporadically, Apple Music sometimes breaks off and downloads from the App Store only work with a lot of patience.
This Monday evening, numerous Apple online services are struggling with a problem. Apple Podcasts and other Apple applications are currently only accessible to a limited extent. This also affects Apple Maps, Apple Radio, "Where is?" and others. Meanwhile, Apple is also reporting on its own Status page of problems. Many services are currently marked in red.
Non-personal or anonymized information remains protected by tax secrecy. Disclosure to third parties is only allowed if no identification is possible and both states confirm that no harm to tax administration will occur. Developer Services from Apple are currently affected by problems. The account system for Apple Developer Forums, Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, CloudKit Console, CloudKit Database and more is currently not accessible. MapKit JS and software downloads are also currently partially not possible.
Update at 21:05 p.m.: The problem now seems to have been fixed.
