Galaxy S5: Update to Android 6.0.1

After a long time, marshmallow finally arrives here in Germany for the Samsung Galaxy S5. But only for certain users - the others still have to wait.

As some of you know, Marshmallow was released in Samsung's home country of South Korea at the end of March, but now it's finally available in Germany. The update has a good 873 MB. By the way, the build number is G900FXXU1CPD3. In addition, the software update not only includes Marshmallow, but also the current security patch from April 2nd and Knox version 2.6. The whole thing has one more catch: It looks like the update has only been made available to Vodafone customers as a wireless OTA update. Everyone else has to wait. So it can still take a while for Marshmallow to run on all Galaxy S5 devices.
