A few days ago, HONOR presented the new HONOR 200 Series in beautiful Paris. This consists of an entry-level, mid-range and flagship model. But they have one thing in common - their focus on portrait photography.

The focus on portraits is not without reason - it is not for nothing that HONOR has collaborated with Studio Harcourt, which is particularly known in France for its legendary close-ups of famous people. We were able to get a first impression on site at the event at the Longchamp racecourse in Paris.

HONOR 200 Pro

The HONOR 200 Pro offers a combination of advanced camera and display technology. Equipped with a 50 MP main camera and a Super Dynamic H9000 sensor, it enables clear shots even in difficult lighting conditions. The 4-in-1 pixel binning technology with a pixel size of 2,4 μm supports this further. A 50 MP portrait telephoto camera and a telephoto sensor from Sony take care of the rest. The HONOR AI Portrait Engine, developed in collaboration with Studio Harcourt, uses AI to create high-quality portraits. During a 400-day workshop, experts from Studio Harcourt and HONOR examined over 1.000 scenarios to get the most out of the smartphone camera.

The Eye Comfort Display of the HONOR 200 Pro offers eye-friendly functions thanks to 3.840 Hz dimming, TÜV Rheinland certifications and Natural Tone 2.0. Adaptive dimming and an AI Circadian Night Display ensure comfortable use in any lighting conditions. With a 5.200 mAh battery and quick charging functions (100 W wired, 66 W wireless), the smartphone is designed for long periods of use. It has 12 GB RAM, 512 GB storage space and an IP 65 certification. The Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor and MagicOS 8.0 offer many other AI features.

The price of the HONOR 200 Pro starts at 799 euros, including in Germany – however, the smartphone will not be available in Austria for the time being.
