Hello, I bought the phone because it is cheapprowhere Huawei is today without Google Services. And I have to say: That doesn't make any sense at all. So maybe for someone who has nothing to do with Google, but if you have a Google email address and use it to log into some apps, for example, you will have difficulties. I found many apps to download, but couldn't use them due to the lack of Google Services. It's a shame - hardware seems to be fun. Haven't found a way to get Google Services on that thing yet...
Hello derkaip,
You are so right. It's such a shame, because Huawei builds smartphones that are so good in terms of hardware technology, but for many they are unfortunately unusable due to the lack of Google services.
Among other things, I use the Huawei P40 privately Pro+ and don't have any with my email Proproblem and can also use it to log into apps.
Have a look on YouTube, there are sure to be some videos on how you can install the Google services. Unfortunately, I don't know whether these methods are currently still working.
Best Regards
