MacBook Pro 2016: Startup sound missing

The new MacBook Pro 2016 not only does away with physical function keys on the keyboard, but also with the startup sound that always played when the MacBook started up.
The typical startup sound has simply been removed, but there could be a very good reason for this. The new MacBook Pro 2016 simply starts up quietly and you are not informed whether the device has booted up or not.
Some users may lack start-up sound
The start-up sound has been around since 1998 and has always been used in iMacs, Macs, MacBooks, etc. But why is that? Well, apart from one model, the new MacBook Pros have a Touch Bar that replaced the classic power button.

As already written, the classic power button is replaced by the Touch Bar. When you open the MacBook Pro 2016, it starts automatically. But only if the battery still has enough capacity. The start-up sound would inform the user, but it has been eliminated anyway.
