Nothing introduces Phone (2a) with glowing LEDs

Nothing presented the phone (2a) at their launch event, which, like its predecessors, has glowing LEDs on the back. We have all the information.
The Phone (2a) is significantly cheaper than the Phone (2) and will be Telephone (1) replace in trade. Inside, for the first time, there is a SoC from Mediatek, which was adapted for the device and called “Dimensity 7200 Pro“hears.

Like the other smartphones, the phone (2a) is available in a white and a black color, although the back is made of plastic and not glass. The 6,7″ Full HD Plus AMOLED display is protected by Gorilla Glass 5. The screen can have a maximum brightness of 1300 nits and has a variable refresh rate of 30 to 120 Hertz.
For the first time, the cameras are arranged horizontally instead of vertically, Nothing uses two 50 megapixel sensors from Samsung, with a GN9 for the wide-angle lens and a JN1 for the ultra-wide-angle lens. The front camera is a Sony IMX615, which has a resolution of 32 megapixels.

The device is IP54 dust and water protected and has a 5000 mAh battery cell, which can be recharged with a maximum of 45 watts. Nothing speaks of an hour of charging time, with 50 Procenter should be reached again after just 23 minutes.
The software used is NothingOS 2.5 based on Android 14. Nothing promises three years of OS upgrades, which is not a given in this price category.
Nothing wants 2 euros for the phone (329a). More RAM and more storage costs an additional 50 euros (256 + 12 GB).
