OnePlus 5: Release and dual camera officially confirmed

For several weeks, the internet has been speculating whether the 3T successor might have a dual camera. OnePlus boss Carl Pei has now officially confirmed this. He did not use Facebook for a leak, but instead posted a photo in his Instagram story. This shows the functioning dual camera, presumably from a prototype. Until now, it was assumed that the camera was placed vertically. However, the photo shows a horizontal position of the camera at the top right.

Official release date for summer 2017

In addition to the Instagram leak, OnePlus has over TheVerge confirms that the OnePlus 5 will be released this summer. Very interesting.
