OPPO Find X3 Pro: These changes come with the A.16 update

It's time again, another update (called A.16) comes to the OPPO Find X3 Pro. You can read about the fixes and innovations in the following article. Among other things, the 5G standalone network from Vodafone and more is now supported.

Prompt is the second update for the flagship OPPO Find X3 Pro. OPPO is slowly getting down to business in Germany as far as updates are concerned, in China the company is one of the most punctual.

OPPO A.16 Update: What's New?

Here is the changelog:

  • Smooth system execution & stability improvements
  • Improved camera performance and usability
  • Improved network stability for a better calling and network experience
  • Animations have been improved
  • Android security patch April 2021 has been added
  • Vodafone 5G standalone network is supported

Vodafone also announced that it is now the first provider in Germany to offer the new 5G standalone network with the OPPO Find X3 Pro can use. Advantages would be lower battery consumption, faster transfer rates and much more. So far, non-standalone has been used, where the LTE network was also used. Now we are on the "pure" 5G network without any further help.

* This update will be distributed for Vodafone devices first, as it enables access to the first German 5G standalone network. The rest of the devices will follow soon.
