This year at Realme, the 9th Pro+ one for the first time Pro+ variant, which compared to the regular Promodel, especially in terms of camera and display, went a step further. This path is now being followed with the new Realme 10 Pro+ consistently continued.

The 10 Pro+ was presented in China a few days ago and is available for the equivalent of 245 euros. Whether it will ever find its way to us in Europe is still unclear at this point in time. There is also a normal Realme 10 again Pro, but in this case, especially in terms of display, design and Processor large compromises are made.

Design and display

The Realme 10 Pro+ measures 161,5 millimeters in height and 73,9 millimeters in width, which is pretty standard by today's standards. In addition, it is only 7,78 millimeters thick and with a weight of only 173 grams, we are dealing with a relatively light smartphone. There are stereo speakers on board, but unfortunately there is no 3,5 mm headphone jack.

Already the Realme 9 Pro+ has an excellent OLED display, but the 10 Pro+ adds a shovel to it. It uses a 6,7-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2.412 x 1.080 pixels, which should be quite sufficient. In addition, there is a smooth refresh rate of 120 Hertz, which is a successful upgrade compared to the 90 Hertz of the predecessor. According to the manufacturer, the maximum brightness of the screen is a solid 800 lux.

In addition, the panel is slightly rounded on both sides, which makes the side edges appear even thinner than they already are. The lower edge of the screen is also extremely thin, which, together with the curved display, is otherwise only seen on much more expensive smartphones.

Software, Proprocessor, memory and battery

The in-house Realme UI in version 4.0 based on Android 13 is preinstalled as software. While in the normal Realme 10 Pro the Snapdragon 695 from Qualcomm is used, works inside the 10th Pro+ the recently introduced MediaTek Dimensity 1080. This is the successor to the Dimensity 920, which is in the predecessor. Depending on which version you choose, the internal memory is 128 or 256 GB and unfortunately cannot be expanded via a microSD card. There is also 8 or 12 GB of RAM.

A 5.000 mAh battery, which is 500 mAh larger than the Realme 9, should ensure long runtimes Pro+ is. The battery can be charged quickly with up to 67 watts. According to Realme, the battery reaches a charge level of 17 after just 50 minutes Procent. Unfortunately, wireless charging is not possible.

Realme 10 camera Pro+

On the back there are three cameras in two black circles in the top left, which is a bit reminiscent of the dual matrix design of the Huawei P50 Pro remind. For the main sensor, Realme uses the Samsung HM6, which is already installed in the regular Realme 9. It has a resolution of 108 megapixels. There is also an ultra-wide-angle camera with a resolution of 8 megapixels and a field of view of 112°, which is actually not that wide-angle.

In addition, the smartphone also has a 2 megapixel camera, which is responsible for macro shots. The Sony IMX471 is used on the front, which shoots selfies with a resolution of 16 megapixels.
