Redmi Note 10 5G: 5.000 mAh battery and 5G for only 230 euros

The Note 10 series from Xiaomi has just been expanded with the Redmi Note 10 5G and Note 10s by two more devices. In this article, we'll take a closer look at the 5G model.

The highlight of the new Redmi Note 10 5G is of course, as the name suggests, the new 5G mobile communications standard for a comparatively low price of 229,90 euros. But the rest of the equipment is also impressive.

Externally, the 5G variant hardly differs from the normal Note 10. Here, too, the back is made of plastic and even the front with the pleasantly thin edges and the punch hole in the middle of the panel looks very familiar to us. When it comes to the display, there are clear differences, because while the LTE version uses an OLED display with 60 Hertz, Xiaomi unfortunately only gives the Note 10 5G a 6,5-inch LCD panel. After all, it supports a smooth refresh rate of 90 Hertz. The resolution is 2.400 x 1.080 pixels.

The in-house MIUI user interface in version 12, based on Android 11, is used as the software. The battery has a capacity of 5.000 mAh and can be charged with a maximum of 22,5 watts using the supplied 18 watt power adapter. There is space for three cameras at the top left on the back. The main camera has a resolution of 48 megapixels and there are also two sensors with 2 megapixels each, which are responsible for macro shots and depth effects. The front camera has a resolution of 8 megapixels.

The Redmi Note 10 5G is now available with 64 GB of storage for 229,90 euros in the colors gray, silver, blue and green. For double storage, customers have to put 20 euros more on the table and then also have the choice between the four colors just mentioned.
