A new update for the has been rolling since yesterday Samsung Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10 Plus and Galaxy S10e the end. This not only brings the latest security patch from April, but also a new camera feature.

It is not uncommon for new smartphones to get more functions with further updates. This is also the case with the Galaxy S10 series. The new camera feature is available on the Galaxy S10, as well as the Galaxy S10 Plus and the Galaxy S10e. As SamMobile reported, the update is currently being rolled out in Switzerland - it could therefore take some time before we receive the update.

Samsung Galaxy S10 gets night mode for better pictures

Night mode could significantly improve the quality of the images at night. With a longer exposure time, one can expect a lot better results here. The so-called "Bright Night" mode for better pictures at night is already available. However, this is activated automatically and cannot be controlled manually - very annoying. With the update there is a separate menu item "Night mode", which can be switched on and off at your own discretion.

It is not yet known whether the new night mode will take the same good pictures as the “Bright Night” mode. Maybe it could just be a separate setting without changing the quality of the photos.
