How are wireless in-ear headphones trendy? Sennheiser is already playing in this market and has now released the Sennheiser MOMENTUM True Wireless 2.
The market for wireless in-ear headphones is large. There is Proproducts in all price ranges with a wide variety of features. Sennheiser also plays a role here. The first generation of the MOMENTUM True Wireless already had me in mind a little over a year convinced. The sound in particular left a positive impression on me. Now we have the Sennheiser MOMENTUM True Wireless 2. Sennheiser presented it in a press release.
Sennheiser MOMENTUM True Wireless 2: The innovations
Sennheiser has built on the success of its predecessor and basically left everything the same. The ANC is new, which you didn't have with the predecessor. As a result, the noises of the environment are actively filtered out even when you are on the move. This feature comes in conjunction with “Transparent Hearing”, which allows you to amplify ambient noise – which is especially useful when you are being greeted by another personprowill. Bluetooth 5.1 is used to connect to an end device. The new headphones are also compatible with the Smart Control app. The battery life is around 28 hours with the transport case.
In the review of the predecessor, I wrote that the fit was not always optimal. And it seems like Sennheiser heard me. The new in-ears are two millimeters smaller. A test report first has to show what that does - I am nevertheless confident. For the first time, there is also a white model that comes with a charging case in the same color. Not bad either: The headphones have IPX4 certification, which guarantees protection against water, among other things.
Prices and availability
The new MOMENTUM True Wireless 2 in black will be available in stores from April. The white color variant will be available at a later date
